If both parties are unsatisfied with a dispute resolution outcome, neutral third-party mediation is available. This process is completely free of charge and can be conducted in any language.
Joyanand is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, any bets affected by such events will be reviewed and a fair resolution will be sought.
